Remove blogger navbar banner completely

Step 1: Log in to blogger


Step 2: Go to DASHBOARD, click LAYOUT >>TEMPLATE/DESIGN >>HTML.
You will see HTML code of you template. [No need to expand the template]

Step 3: Now copy following code

Step 4: Paste above copied code like shown in black bold color

As it is not referred clearly in the Terms of service of blogger, it remains unsure if removing and cutting the navbar is any violation of the terms of service. Let's say we are not "removing the navbar" but just "hiding the navbar" or we might even reposition the navbar at the bottom base of the blog so as to get free of the blogger navbar.
